Prices:  All prices and postal charges on this site are clearly stated.  All goods are inclusive of VAT.

Payment Methods:   All online payments are processed by Jason Dawe Productions Ltd. All major debit/credit cards accepted.

Delivery:  Orders are usually dispatched within 1-3 days of receiving your order.  Where possible, we will dispatch on the date of receiving your order.  If there is likely to be any delay then we would notify you of this as soon as possible and offer the option of cancellation with full immediate refund or agree a revised time for delivery. 

Postage:   Postage is charged at £1.50 per order with 50p extra added for postage of each additional copy.

Consumer law:  We guarantee to meet our obligations under the consumer protection laws currently in force including:

• The sale of Goods Act 1979
• The Supply of Goods and Services Act 1982
• The Consumer Credit Act 1974
• The Trade Descriptions Act 1978
• The Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977 and the 1994 Regulations; and
• The Consumer Protections Act 1987

Refunds: We offer an immediate refund or exchange if your DVD should prove defective.  If any item is damaged in transit then please advise us of this immediately.  

Guarantees: We offer a full money-back guarantee on all our goods. Should any be found to be defective then we offer a replacement service at no cost to the customer. This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.

Returned items:  Any goods to be returned should be returned unused and in their original condition at your own expense.   

Data protection and privacy:  We promise to meet the conditions of the Data Protection Act 1984. We will never pass any customer's details to other third parties.
